Well I have been really busy lately working on freelance projects. In other words, a lot of late nights. It has been fun though. I really enjoy the more direct, personal side of working with clients nearly as much as the actual work. Anyway, thought I’d show some some of what I have been up to lately. I am just wrapping up working on most of the look and feel and print design (concert poster, brochure, event schedule, etc.) for the annual Gospel Music Association event Music in the Rockies. I even got to design a guitar pick! Also, had a chance to design some t-shirts for an inner-city project headed up by NBA star Kyle Korver. Another massive project I am wrapping up soon is a 60+ page brochure for prospective students of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. I even did some logo work for my mom, who is starting a business of her own.
Hello.
This is the blog for Inkdryer, which is the visual work of me, Chris Hendrixson. Click here to check out my work. What you see on this blog are things that I inspire me in my design projects. You will find a random mix of creativity collected from around the internet and beyond that I find moving, provocative, strange, interesting, or funny. Hopefully you will find them at least slightly as inspiring as I do, even if you are an accountant.
